Starbuzz Tobacco Files Questionable Trademarks, Sends Cease & Desist Letters to the Competition

A new website, starbuzztobaccolawsuits.com, has recently brought to light legal actions taken by the tobacco manufacturer against many competing tobacco producers in the United States. Additionally, other companies have received cease and dessist letters.
In an apparent attempt to stifle the competition, Starbuzz Tobacco has filed for trademarks on many popular names of shisha tobacco. Trademark names won by Starbuzz Tobacco, and included in official court filings against Taqseem Inc, include Passion Kiss, Sex on the Beach, Guava, Pumpkin Pie, Sweet Melon, White Peach and Wildberry Mint. Social Smoke Mobster Review

At first taste, Mobster is a confusing flavor. It is a candy, sweet, fruity flavor with a floral finish. It’s very difficult to compare to something in the real world, which adds to the confusion. The scent is that of candy dipping sticks (you know, the giant Pez that you lick and then dip in Pixi Stick dust?), but the taste betrays the smell. They’re almost nothing alike. The smell is extremely sweet, but the flavor, while sweet, is far more mild. Mobster could also be compared to another Social Smoke flavor, The Edge. However, Mobster is only a mild sweetness, with a noticeably more intense floral finish.

John Naddour, with HookahJohn, announced last Thursday on his Forum that he will be adding a brand new line of shisha tobacco to his line-up of already popular products, including the HJ Alien Mini Phunnel Bowl, ChronicHookah Charcoal, and the washable Narbish hose.
