You should feel comfortable dealing with these companies. Each has their quirks but each is committed to the customer’s satisfaction. If you have had a particularly bad experience with one of these companies, please tell us about it so that we can review the situation and reconsider whether they belong here or not.

We deliberately decided not to include that information because those discount codes are designed specifically for members of the various forums. And while it would be convenient for those to be found all in our place on our site, we would rather people be encouraged to join one of the communities that provide the discount codes.
