Cut & Composition

Hookah-Freak Sweet Tang is a long, stringy cut tobacco akin to roll-your-own cigarette tobacco. It is very moist, but more wet and oily than sticky. There are virtually no stems to be found.

Price & Quantities Available

  • 100g – $7.95
  • 300g – $22.95
  • 1kg – $74.95

The Experience

Sweet Tang began smoking in roughly the first 8 minutes. The smoke was moderately thick, though not especially impressive. The tobacco was fairly resistant to the heat, not being too affected by minor changes in heat. The session lasted about an hour and 20 minutes before the flavor lost some of its appeal. The flavor ran before the smoke did.

The Flavor

Sweet Tang was, well, sweet and tangy. The flavor is a mild citrus, most likely orange. The flavor, in the real world, is much like a sweet orange-aide drink, with a subtle mint flavor.

The Insight

Sweet tang is mild enough to be easy to smoke and make it a pretty sure fire crowd pleaser. The only drawback may be that it is a bit too mild for some people’s taste.

Who Should Try This Flavor

Citrus fans will probably enjoy this one. As well as novice smokers who are looking for something sweet and mellow, but that is pretty sure not produce smoke that is too intense.
