Cut & Composition

Hookah-Freak Mad Hatter is a long, stringy cut tobacco akin to roll-your-own cigarette tobacco. It is very moist, but more wet and oily than sticky. There are virtually no stems to be found.

Price & Quantities Available

  • 100g – $7.95
  • 300g – $22.95
  • 1kg – $74.95

The Experience

Mad Hatter began smoking within the first ten minutes. The richest flavor and smoke were available in the first fifteen minutes. In Sahara Smoke’s own Vortex Bowl, the flavor was strikingly resilient, rarely responding adversely to minor changes in heat. The flavor and smoke lasted about an hour and twenty minutes before dropping off.

The Flavor

Mad Hatter is a unique, mild flavor, but not altogether unfamiliar either. There are notes of cinnamon or some similar spice, as well as perhaps some melon or apple. There are likely other flavors as well, though they’re difficult to pin-down.

The Insight

Mad Hatter, when packed and managed properly, is easy to enjoy. The flavors blend very nicely and don’t draw too much attention to themselves.

Who Should Try This Flavor

Mad Hatter would probably appeal most to spice flavor fans, though fans of unique flavors and mild flavors may also enjoy this one.
